Jess studied psychology and criminal justice at High Point University, where she graduated with a B.S Degree. Her passion for psychology drove her to explore the realms of marketing, which allowed her to find innovative and creative new ways to market to the masses in an impactful way. At The Fermin Group, she is determined to complete the task of creating and managing the best marketing strategies to help our clients see the most return on their deal.  

In her spare time, Jess enjoys traveling and has visited over 40 countries. With exposure to different cultures, different people, and different social standards, there is much room for growth. She has the opportunity to learn from different social environments and marketing tactics that she’s seen throughout the world, and apply them in ways that are productive back home.
